The Golden State Warriors need help at the backcourt with both skills and depth. Good thing they signed Jannero Pargo. The free-agent guard was signed to a two-year, $2.4 million deal today with the team.

The Warriors were looking for some strong backcourt depth after C.J. Watson left to sign with the Chicago Bulls. Now they got Pargo.

This signing works well with another addition in Jeremy Lin, who has been the sensation in the Summer League. Along with that, Lin had grown up being a Warriors fan.

The 31-year-old Pargo is going to help out a lot for the team, in my opinion, and will create a sudden burst of energy coming off the bench. Pargo is just coming off a season playing for the Chicago Bulls after playing overseas. Pargo averaged 5.5 points and 1.4 assists per game for the team that season.

Good luck in advance.
