Danny Granger, otherwise known as his several nicknames like "Danny G" and "Hollywood," is probably one of the most underrated players in the National Basketball Association. Granger is entering this season with a lot of upside is going to be the big factor to decide if the Indiana Pacers can make the playoffs this season or not. Granger really has high hopes. He is averaging a good amount of points per game, and if he can keep it up this season, he has a one-way ticket to the All-Star game. Granger is smooth and has that swagger in him when he plays on the hardwood. He is the player you want. You could really use a guy who doesn't have off-court issues, doesn't have an attitude, isn't one of those guys who would leave his team like what many of the players did in this year's free agency. And plus, he is one hell of a player. He can play three and the four and can even also play the two. This comes with a big advantage for him, as he is 6'9" and 230 pounds. He is also very fast so he can take advantage there as well. Granger also has a great shooting touch, as he can create space, score when it is badly needed, get shots from downtown, and when driving down into the paint. A big problem with me is if Granger can stay healthy. He missed a month last season, which would be the big factor of why Indiana did not make the playoffs in the 2009-10 season. Granger needs to stay healthy in order for the Pacers to make the playoffs, despite off their new off-season additions. Danny can really live it big time. He has more help on the team, especially from Brandon Rush, Darren Collison, Paul George, Dahntay Jones, Lance Stephenson, Roy Hibbert, and James Posey. The Pacers look like they can be ready for the playoffs this year. This could be the year where Danny Granger can really live it big time.
